These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RACHIDE, a service operated by Corso e Santini LTDA (doing business as RACHIDE) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using RACHIDE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

RACHIDE helps users organize group events, track shared costs, divide expenses, invite participants, and review suggested settlement amounts. RACHIDE is an organizational tool only. It does not replace your own review of expenses, agreements, payments, taxes, or legal obligations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share access to your account in a way that compromises the service or other users. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

If you choose to connect or sign in with your Google account, you authorize us to access the Google user data needed to provide the functionality you request. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

You may add names, contacts, expenses, notes, event details, and other information to RACHIDE ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and use your User Content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve RACHIDE.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter, share, or invite others to view any User Content you add to the service.

RACHIDE may allow you to invite participants or create shared links for events. Anyone with access to a shared link may be able to view event information made available through that link. You are responsible for sharing links and invitations only with intended recipients.

You agree not to:

RACHIDE provides calculations and settlement suggestions based on the information entered by users. We do not guarantee that user-entered information is accurate, complete, or up to date. You are responsible for reviewing all expenses and settlement amounts before relying on them or making payments.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RACHIDE at any time. We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using RACHIDE at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

RACHIDE is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of RACHIDE.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of RACHIDE after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
